Latest Updated On 19/07/2022: Despite training in the specific BTC 2004 batch, the way has been cleared for getting stipend (allowance) of more than 2 lakh rupees.
On 18 February 2020, the High Court had ordered the government to give an allowance of Rs 2500 per month till the appointment after the completion of the training as per the mandate of the High Court, to those taking training in the specific BTC 2004 doing BEd by distance method. The UP government had reached the Supreme Court against this. On 11 July, the Supreme Court dismissed the SLP.
