Latest News Update On 4 September 2022: An FIR was registered against 4 named and many unknown people of Patliputra zone for assaulting the sanitation workers on Saturday night. Along with this, an FIR was also registered against a person in Kankarbagh zone.
Night sweepers were assaulted in Patliputra zone. Many workers unions are on strike in Patna Municipal Corporation area for their demands. Despite the strike, the Municipal Corporation is actively cleaning the city on a war footing to keep the city clean. At the same time, the city is being made dirty by other sanitation workers who have gone on strike.
The corporation administration says that the workers who went on strike are being beaten up. On coming to the notice of the matter, action has also been taken by the Municipal Commissioner on many employees. The Municipal Commissioner is also appealing to the residents of Patna to call on 155304 and register their complaint.
