Latest News Updated 17 November 2022: The Indo-Nepal border will be sealed from Thursday night in view of the election of members of the House of Representatives and the State Assembly to be held in Nepal on 20 November. Train operations will remain closed. The operation of the train running from Jaynagar to Janakpurdham will also remain closed from 17 to 20 November.

GM Niranjan Jha of Nepali Railway has released a notification in this regard. GM (General Manager) has said that the Jaynagar to Janakpur Dham via Kurtha Indonepal train will not run from the morning of 17 November to the evening of 20 November 2022. From 21 November, the train will run at the rescheduled time.
