Latest News Updated 07 January 2023: Approach road from eight lane road (Heerak Road) to BBMKU will be constructed soon. Along with the road, drain will also be constructed. The condition of Sahyog Nagar old age home will also improve. Taken in the review meeting of District Untied Fund (Untied Fund) chaired by DC Sandeep Singh on Friday.
The DC said that there is a need to speed up the work of necessary infrastructure in the district. The work of the schemes taken from untied funds should be completed at the earliest. The DC gave instructions for the renovation of the old age home. In this, instructions were given to construct the boundary wall of the old age home, to install paver blocks, to construct new bathrooms, toilets, and yoga centers. For the cleanliness of the premises, the Deputy Commissioner instructed the Executive Engineer, Building Division to provide the estimate without delay along with technical approval.

In the meeting, the Executive Engineer of Minor Irrigation Division, Special Division and REO assured to complete all the 10 ongoing schemes by February. The Executive Engineer REO requested to approve the revised estimate of the approved 4 schemes by revising them at the new scheduled rate. During the meeting, all the agencies informed that no plan is pending for the years prior to the financial year 2022-23 and no amount is required to clear their pending liability.
