According to the Kotwali police, Pradeep Kumar, a resident of Tea Estate, Banjarawala, Dehradun, complained that he had struck a deal with Sahil's son Kameshuddin Ali Khan for the land. It is alleged that Sahil, a resident of Arcadia Grant located in Badowala, Dehradun, also took an amount of Rs 21 lakh for the land in the year 2019. Despite this, the land has not been given yet.
