He has complained about the matter to the local police. In the application given to the police, Sarfaraz told that he had gone to Ranchi on October 28. When he needed money there, he reached an ATM of Coker. He put his card in the machine to withdraw money. Card stuck. After this, he called the helpline number on the wall of the ATM, then he was told that the card would be removed by entering the ATM PIN. As soon as Sarfaraz entered the PIN, two lakh rupees were withdrawn from his account, one lakh by one, two times. When he tried to contact again on that number, the number was found closed.
